Let us see the color. What is distracting white on the left-down?.
I think, the picture doesn't "talk" as if the reef was being damaged. The presence of the fish unable to help this pic to express your idea. If I were you, I would prefer to give tittle which express the beauty of it. Technically, I think there would be a better framing if you spotted the fish in the middle of the "worms". You could use the format of "the rule of third" to place the fish as the main interest in the right side of your picture. Another technical comment... a little camera shake disturbs. No offense...
