Welcom to this forum Irwan. I would suggest NOT to use any digital tools, a photograoh must have a strong base of 1. composition 2. ligthing/exposure 3.concept. And you must try to get these things right before you can try any digital manupulations. This picture is heavily overexposed. The object is the kuda and the kid, the high camera angle is not helping also. The compostion is 'square', which is not adding anything to the concept. Your concept is 'mimpi', and you have tried to blur the corners to make it look like a dream. But i think you have to try harder..;-) I'm sure we will see more pictures from you here... keep shooting...
