I understand your idea. The pict is rather flat and lack of contrast. Maybe because the subject on the shade area. If there is a little bit sun light, it will look nice. Thoe other thing is the composition. It is not that interesting. It seems the subjec is too tight. Maybe try another angle would be better. This is just my encouragement. Hope you do a nice job again next time.
