I like the lighting and the feel of the tone. but there are few minor detail that absolutely ruin the pic such as a hair(or scracth) on her left cheek, a stain or something on her lips. and i think you don't need her to put her hand on her forehead. its a nice pose as it is. regard
I think your are focusing at her left eye aren't you ? Sharpness is quite good and colour tone is nice as well.
