One twilight, and many exposure chances. This one is from the lower right part of the scene, where the descending sun cast out some lightrays that penetrated the clouds.

nSingle exposure, made +2 0 -3 on DxO, merged in Photoshop. and further enhanced with Photoshop and Topaz Adjust and Topaz Denoise (It took AN HOUR to denoise this sutff)
