If you ever go travelling to jogjakarta, ask around for a trip to Ketep Pass, a vantage point where you can see the ever smoking Mount Merapi and its siblings. The view there is stunning, especially on a clear sunrise (ask for a pre-dawn travel there). The rolling blues of the mountain meet the gentle slope of green hills that are refreshing to the eye.
